For clarification, to ensure I am understanding this correctly. If a tank is sitting in an island, and a boat is auto attacking, and the tank is auto looting, there is no offense here? I want to make sure before I do this. I know it sounds lazy but I need BPs ._.

As long as that guy auto atatcking from the boat is NOT using a program to "auto renew then ur fine." the auto attack feature has a timer.

Just be ready and always be present if a GM approaches you in this matter to check on you.

That's what I understood, I'd kinda want a Dev or GM to verify it because I dont wanna end up in the ban house for a misunderstanding. I believe you're a reporter for this game, is it safe to assume your word is law?

Also about the auto time out, I've tested it and it seems to be hours, or maybe a miss click on my part at that point. Is this time out intended to be so long?

Indeed we can sometimes check such. Every time, the player is expected to play.
In cases where the player found unresponsive and player character continues to perform actions even after we forcefully break any auto-attack/auto-skill, we perform penalty actions according to Game Rules.
