News Tidbits [9-30-2016]

• Amplifier of Strive/Luck is now usable up to Lv 65 from 59. The length remains at 30 minutes.
• Level 70 EXP handicap now only applies to individual, Opposed to whole party. You can now level with sub-70 without penalizing those sub-70 Characters.
• Due to fix in EXP system, The infamous EXP jump bug is additionally fixed, You will be not able to level-jump between 79 to 80.
• Some certain quest items were allowed to be destroyed/discarded yet quests were unabandonable leading to double paradox of endless loop unfinished quests, Because of this we've updated so most of items are no longer allowed to be destroyed or discarded. We know a lot of people like to bank quest items, and we are working on two things for future, quests would warn if one or more required items are currently banked, and possibly of expansion in bank vault (for fee) so you can fit more items now that players are more likely to quickly fill up banks due to undestroyable/discardable items. This is work-in-progress changes, you may still see some items being able to delete/discarded, or opposite. We will be working very closely and monitoring players input as well.
• Added new feature to client, Ability to make stall title hidden upon hotkey, CTRL+S will make all stalls title invisible. You are still able to right-click any character with stall and click sub-menu "View Stall" or simply turn on stall title by pressing CTRL+S again to view stalls as usual.
• Fixed sub-region manager that did not comply the settings related to PK/Save position for black dragon related maps.
• A new client installer along it's cumulative patch is to expected released with version 1.2.0 in few hours.
