People who got banned and truthfully believe they have been mistakenly banned can contact me for appeal, but be prepared to provide evidence for your reasons. The ban waves will continue and remove those people who cannot stop cheating. Recent ban-waves also reflect the fact people are notoriously account-sharing, For many good reasons you should not account share as it would ultimately mean actions are bonded among accounts, one account gets banned, all other accounts gets banned as well. By entering other people's account you are risking unintended ban, just as you allow people to enter your account, if they get banned you too, will get banned.

Yes it behaves as inventory expansion expect you need to tall banker to activate it.
