News Tidbits [10-10-2016]

  • Death Circle map is added into game, Death Circle is sole capture-the-flag map, Players entered in this map will be tracked with points system which increases as you hold flag or kill enemies. It is very crude (in-optimized and minimal configuration) as it does not give out any rewards or require any entrance fees. Because Death Circle is very relatively unknown map, It is only meant to enjoy different PK aspect but not actual PK (where benefits can play in role) players can safely ignore or participate, Death Circle is opened once a week, always at Saturday, At 2PM UTC. Death Circle is subject to players feedback and opinions, we may alter or even completely remove the map in future, as it just stands to feel pulse among players.
  • Yet another critical exploit was revealed with sea boats, Once believed that they've been patched, Under certain condition you could replicate any sea manufacturing item indefinitely. This exploit has been isolated and it's item-based skill system improved to prevent cheating. Thanks to those who have persistent to report and complain, We were able to find someone who was willing to provide instructions how to replicate this bug.
  • Some missing manufacture-required items were added back into their respective monster drops.
  • It is now possible to combine gems till Lv4
  • Improved Forsaken City's Chests Spawn Coordinates
 
Oh one more thing, The drop rate for refining gems at forsaken is doubled, From 0.04 to 0.08 (unlike TOP2's 0.20%), Double seems moderate, We wouldn't five-fold the chances but after plenty comments and opinions doubling drop rate feels appropriate. Thanks.

Wow, u just lost a couple stacks of fairy coins or smth about 80k because you couldn-t read system... =(

I was taking a shower, there was nothing in system when I came back. That's why I'm saying to leave the message on until the actual restart, so people know not to use their amps. U'r a maller, I understand how 85k ain't nothing to you, but, like I said, it is to me. You don't get to be the judge of how much MY gold is worth to ME, much less based on how much it is worth to you.

Could you give some examples?
 
and was diving clam's chance of drop increased? It is only 1% and it is a cooking item, I don't think it needs to be quite so hard to get

does the increase only apply in fc1? or does fc2 also have the rate doubled?

He said the fc mobs is increased to 0.08 so it only effect fc1 I suppose.
 
@Zankza can clarify if all mobs in FC(1,2, and 3) had increased or only FC1 mobs? thanks
 
@Zankza since you change the drops rate, now u should refresh the data base page...
 
Hmm, so what really happened to Death Circle Map? It never got implemented. @Zankza
