Skills bar problem

I have this problem where the skills I set to the F keys without my knowledge slide up/switch with the click skills. I have wasted a lot of pots like this, & it's getting annoying. Is there a reason this is happening? Perhaps I'm doing something that causes this & I don't know about it. Anyone any thoughts?

Honestly, I did not really understand what you are trying to say.

"slide up" does that mean the shortcut move from first to third bar? or are you strictly talking about second to third bar?

Are you familiar with the system too? The system also allows you to bind number kids 0-9 on your keyboard as second shortcut bar keyboard.

ctrl + [ and ctrl + ] . You are probably doing this shortcuts not even knowing about it - happens sometimes to me too.
