Scammed eqs

Help me pls zankza/developer .I got scammed, here is what happened.

We made deal that i lvl him to 66-68 and he gave me his account for that.
i transferred my eqs to my buffer then from my buffer i transferred the eqs to his char. time this happened : april 13 2:50:00 - 3:20:00(UTC)

I log his account to plvl him to 68 using my equips and after i finish to 68 i fell asleep w.o getting it back(have not slept for 2 days). when i woke up he put mystic lock but my eqs no longer there. i am shouting in world for him to communicate but he isn't replying.

Time he scammed my equips : april 13 3:45:00 - 7:00:00(UTC)

These are the equips with more details:
+2 lust Unsealed BoE (1 socket)
+1 lust Unsealed BoE (1 socket)
+2 shining Ca frame fused warrior frock(2 sockets)
+2 lust Enigma Gloves fused ember ceasar(2 sockets)
lvl33 2nd Gen Str (80-150 growth left b4 full growth april 13 3:20:00-3:50:00(UTC))

sad to say the GMs wont help you cuz they cant intervene in player affairs. If you get scammed, the scammers wont be banned or anything. So scamming is encouraged, because there are no consequences at all!

Scamming isn't encouraged, anyone who gets scammed (especially when making a deal with a complete stranger like this) deserves it. If something gets done about this, then it would have to be done for any scam case which happens. Devs waste their time while players are free to play without thinking for just a second, cause "it's ok, the devs will do something if I fuck up". So, although scamming isn't strictly discouraged, using your head and being cautious is HIGHLY encouraged.

I agree this sucks bigtime and I really feel sorry for OP, but under "Scamming" in the Game Policy, it's said that players should never lend their valuable items or engage in risky deals (can't quote everything, on phone atm) - the same policy you, I and even OP agreed to when registering.

If u get scammed it means your stupid as fuck. Why would u transfer your eqps to another guy in the first place? The deal itself is complete bullshit. Trading accounts is where most of the scamming happens. Losing your shit and complaining in the forums for ur items is not gonna help. U lost it cause of ur carelessness. Using ur head once in a while wont hurt. Lets all stop these fuckall posts and discuss something more important. Like bringing in more defoliate pine trees, there are like 7 in the whole game and everyday is a competition for the wood. Peace out. Take care. Dont get scammed.

Where did I do a mistake?
I also got scammed, once. I learned from it, because it hurt me to lose my items. If you don't feel the pain and sadness of losing your item, you won't learn.

That is ur mistake. u too been scammed before. maybe u didnt get helped from gm before so u just want the FAIRNESS coz u also been scammed n gm didnt do anything n u want others to feel exactly like urs.

I'm pretty sure he didn't mean that in the sense of "feeling the pain and sadness of losing your items", but rather in the sense of learning a damn thing or two. This scam was completely justified and any help received would be uncalled for.

What if this guy actually sold his equips for USD, and now claims he got scammed just to get his stuff back and keep the money? GMs have little to no way of knowing if there was a RWT involved.
