Reputation for credits / vote system / bigger guilds with build bank

Let's have the same reputation for credits like in the original ToP game, we can adapt it with daily login credits like .. you have to PLAY for 2 hours daily (not just sit afk in argent) and receive an X amount of credits and maybe a better guild system to ensure the communication and the storage of each one of those.

Still the first and main idea of this post is to give the non-malling users an opportunity to get apparels or stuff like this with their own skill / grind / own work, not just make money and buy rums from someone .. since its boring. This may also increase the idea of leveling new players that come to server, help them reach higher level and get the reputation from it. The ratio can be changed to be kinda really hard to get those credits like 800-1000 reputation for 1 credit, to actually feel that you are playing this in hardcore mode.

Also, the vote system is not bad, but it has to be done in a way that the players will not rely only on voting, the voting shall be an optional thing that will not have such a big impact on the players, just to give a small advantage, a small percent there.

Let me know if it is ok and maybe we can find a workaround for this and give some new great ideas for this server.
