Résolution issue

Hello,
I used to play TOP a long time ago and I decided to give PKO a try
So I downloaded the client and tried to play but it is literally impossible ; it looks like I am having a resolution Issue
When i launch the game, it is launched in a small windowed app, that is missing part of the game (I cant even log in cause this part is missing, for example). I can not resize, or maximize, or even move the window so I can log in

I have tried to change the resolution in the launcher settings, but I can just click Yes/no (???). Full screen does not solve the problem
I have tried to change my monitor screen to fit the game's resolution but it hasn't worked

Tried to check on the internet for a way to solve this but I just couldn't, and it looks like noone had the same problem on this game

Maybe someone has a clue ?

You cannot re-scale the window, its either a certain resolution in window mode or fullscreen

Could you please send a picture of how ur screen looks like?

Whats the resolution on ur pc as of right now?

It is 1280x720
I have manually changed it to 800x600 to give it a try, hasn't worked
I also tried to rescale my apps to 100% (it is by default set to 150%), which worked for every app but PKO... Seriously I have no clue

It looks like UI is loaded for 1024x768 window resolution with an 800x600 window.
We could not reproduce it on our end.
Recommended doing a `version check` on the installed client.

Can you please give us a bit more details?
Graphics Card, Screen Native resolution, OS, Scaling settings.
