Certain apparel makes my character invisible.

After running version check, completely deleting the game, reinstalling the client, and downloading the patch, and running version check again, my character is still mostly invisible. I've tried going to the lowest settings, full screen off, and I even had someone more tech literate look at it, but it's still the same. Plus, I've noticed a few others in game with this issue as well. Not everyone, but some. Could someone please give me a useful answer to this issue? Thanks.
