question for zankza about my account

I don't understand what's happening here and apparently I'm not receiving any polite answer from the support team.
As i previously mentioned in my post (that has been closed without any explanation) my automagma SS was closed. In the same post I explained that i read carefully rules before creating that account and I didn't think to break any of them.
I also found an old post https://devxf2.piratekings.online/threads/bot-at-smugglers-2-sharpshooters.3185/#post-21919 where you said "Those are not botters, those are just auto-cast." and it's exactly after reading that post that i create that auto magma SS.
Now.. well first it would be nice if i could get a normal answer from an adult person and not just another "thank for your concerns" and see this post closed. Second, if I broke some rule I'd like to know which one and third there's no reason to close the account, I would like to take my stuff that was there. If it's illegal I'm just not doin anymore, no reason to ban the account.
If this is not the right place to talk about this then please let me know where I can address my concerns.
