Question about Rebirth Skills

Just wondering how RB skills work. Should I be saving up SkillPoints for them before I get to Lv75? Also are RB skills capped at Lv10 like regular skills? (Rebirth Mystic Power, Beast Legion Smash)

How do you max this? Whats the max?

It doesn't consume skills points, and for now the max lv of them is Lv1, but with rebirth lv2 it goes automatically to lv2. But it's not possible yet.

Plus your skill points get reset agter Rebirth, just like your stat points.
