Question about bow's (Dusk, Recca, Dawn)

I have question about these bows, all three can be obtained from crafting. In database we can find 2x bows of each type - one has stats Bow of Dawn , the other has no stats Bow of Dawn . And my question is if it is possible to get any of these bows (with stats) from crafting (according to database we are only able to get bow w/o additional stats from crafting).
If we are not able to get them with stats then is there even small chance that you @Zankza @Developer can change that?

Little update, included screenshots from the game. As you can see there are 3 bows and each one has a bit different name. First one 'Bow of Dawn' - that's simple without stats, second one has additional 'Precise' before the name if I'm correct the 'precise' word always refers to equips that are having some additional ACC points in it. Third one 'Sage' is the same story as with the second one - there are also no additional SPR bonus points given.
At the end in the bottom right corner we can see how this bow looks like and I believe it shouldn't look like this. Gemmed one looks the same.

according to your contribution is not correct, I have a gun lv 45 called (tempest) = that its base stat would be agi but it turns out that it says tempest steel gun but it gives me 7 of agi and 3 of acc and it does not take away frecuency but still says tempets that goes according to percentages the stat of the bow you should do many many to get a more or less decent statistics as they say in some guides these bows are not for pk only serve for decoration since even the lv 35 bow is still the best until you can get for one lv70 + but obviously there is always something to highlight and draw a bow with good stat,,

remember everything goes by percentages you can take 10 and 11 you get a bow with a good or bad stat or just nothing or as the first you can get something good not simply the name has to have a statistic

This is an ancient ToP bug I believe. If I'm not mistaken, this specific bow only looks like that on Lance characters.

Those three bows deserve more.
