Declined Punish Scammers

Scam is a reality. May it be in the real world or inside the game, there exists certain kind of people who scam others may it be for money or just a prank(tyrone).
Since rums were opened, there had been various cases of players, especially the new ones, getting scammed by somone who asks for an item/s but eventually does not buy it.
Even in power leveling services, some asks for payment but does not actually give the service.
Even the guild bank gets scammed.

I suggest that there be some kind of punishment given to such scammers. Like IP ban for a few hours maybe.

For the rum scamming case, i belive it will soon be fixed as rum will become a seperate tradable currency (in item form) but the rest, arghh, scammers are very annoying indeed :/

We can Try to solve each particular case separately, but not as a whole phenomenon.
