Primal Rage Skill, good or bad?

I will make a champ fc and some people say primal rage miss a lot and others say is a good skill for a champ, i want to put primal rage lv 5 because i have a lot of lust gem (LV3 gloves, LV3 hammer). Well, primal rage for a champ FC with a lot of hit hate is good or bad? Miss a lot?

Not great unless you're are vsing players a few levels below you, BUT the fun-est champ skill (other then RB skill) and if you're not having fun IDK what you're doing

I'd say its a decent skill, not the best, but rather focus more on IS, berserk and bloodbull as abmaiden said!
