Hey Devs ive just made 4 chars lv41 spent two days lvling them up...but i didnt open the newbie chests after lv20 and when i got 2nd class i could not open the chests...I didnt know this will happen...ive lost 800k(200k per char) from 2nd class promotion as well as the items i wanted to farm such as 35 bow/hbs etc... could u make my chars Hunters again please?
I dont mind redoing the quest all over again :/...

you should have read the info on the chest, all the info is on the game
i think it ur mistake not reading anything on the game

We can only refund Item that was purchased wrong and not modified out of our kindness.
But overall our `Refund Policy` states that we do not give refunds in any way.
