People using CA tweaks still to gain advantage.

Have you considered mixing it up a little and having Blind CAs on certain days/hours and regular CAs on others? Or one week of Blind CA, one week of regular CA or something similar.
I personally like both because regular CA has an emphasis on raw PK and big fights, hunting and chasing people and so on.
Blind CA on the other hand, has an emphasis on strategy and "Chaos". Although it's mostly regrouping and trying to figure out who's who, there's still big fights, hunting and what not. Though I agree tweaks or other "cheats" simply ruin the whole concept.
It's a shame that it's not FFA, but I guess that's something that can never be truly achieved, blind CA or not.

I've got a feeling they will fix it and make it completely non tweakable/non detectable using cons too

You can make it Blind. Theres no problem with that. But, as developers, you owe a teaming guild based map to players, as good as CA. Simple
