Paysafecard issues

Is there anyone else having issues with paysafecard purchase?
When I try to use paysafecard as a payment method it seems to reject my code saying that it cannot be used on this web store.

I've tried to contact paysafecard support but they just send me their list of web stores without actually solving my problem.

I don't know if it's because I'm paying in euro (which it should automatically convert into USD) or something else, anyway I'd appreciate if you could do something about it @Zankza
 
Our payment processor, xsolla will only be able to tell wheter what is allowed or not allowed, and why exactly the choice is made for you alone(that includes accounting for what country, what payment method, and who you are).

I've also tried to contact xsolla and sadly they couldn't do anything about it because since paysafecard refused the code, ofcourse the transaction couldn't be completed.

xsolla replied me with:
"Hello,
Unfortunately your payment has not been processed. We have received the following error message from Paysafecard: This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to Paysafecard support.
We would recommend you to contact the Paysafecard support in order to clear up the issue. Our apologies for inconveniences."


I checked with paysafecard if my serial number was working and it is so apparently I just can't use it on this web store which to me doesn't make sense.
 
I truly apologize for the inconvenience, I will try to contact xsolla on my behalf, but I can't promise expedite results or let alone good results OK?
 
I have opened a ticket with xsolla regarding your case and why paysafecard is not cooperating with you, Let's see what they have to tell me as well.
