I got 3 UGs from 36 OSS way back... and there's people who didn't get UGs in 3-4 stacks. It's just about luck and nothing else. If you're not willing to risk your money to gamble, then just don't, or do NSS which has a lower chance of screwing you over, but at the same time lower chance to give you something worth your time.

I dont know the algorithm ofcourse but i know a lil probability xD I think 0.28 probability is independence for each OSS so that does not mean some amount of OSS will give u that item with 0.28 probability for certain.

a lot of these stuff are really base on rng, the most consistent money making method is to sell plvling, but im too lazy for that to be fair lol

I didn't get a single UG in 1327 OSS, yes over 13 stacks without UG. Some lucky people are making fortune on OSS and the others lose one.
