I'm getting error everytime i press start Game and the loading screen that you can't move shows up. I already did version check.

Are you sure you started the game via the launcher? did you run it with admin priviliges? Do you have a anti virus that blocks the launcher from updating it propertly? Make sure you deactivate that, just in case its the problem

It is probably because Game was unpacked from Cumulative Patch and not from Installer.
Please re-install the game.
