Connection Failed

Hello, it's been few hours now, I had a random DC, after that I tried to re-log but when I click on the "START" the loading screen comes up and then after few seconds system gives me "Connection Failed" message.

I tried to "version check"the client, disable firewall and anti-virus, but nothing seems to work!

Also I tried this website that Zankza gave before. And here is the results:

same scenario here, I even un/reinstalled the game in vain, saw on discord that others are having the same problem too.
 
First. You receive "Connection Failed" at launcher or at client itself?
Second. In launcher hold Shift key and click Start. You will see ping for server. What the ping?
 
@Developer At game client when the blue background appears, a clock-like icon spins and then “Connection Failed” appears. Also, the ping is 99999ms or something (used to be around 80ms).
I’ve disabled antivirus and firewall, tried version check, uninstalled and re-installed the game. Still unable to pass the account login screen. All of this started after that DC like 7 hours ago.

IC. Ping 99999ms and 'Connection Failed' mean you can't reach entry point for enter server. Reasons:
- your OS too old and don't know how work with secured connections we using
- your PC block connections to our servers
- your internet provider block connections to our servers
- our host upgrade something and limit connections
- server down

Right now semi-active item #4 - our host upgrade own system and server have lags/dc... unfortunally we can't speed up host work. But maybe other reasont too. For be sure may you make some test? If you using windows - press Windows button on keyboard and R, input 'cmd' and then, in console, 'ping gate.pirateking.online'. If packets not lost and you have small ping - game should be availible. If ping high - server availible, but laggy, and we can't deal it for now, but this shouldn't be long. If packets lost - problem in some else, like your OS or internet provider...
 
@Developer I tried what you suggested and there was '0 lost packet' (0% lose), with an average ping of 90ms (which is perfect to me).
Also I am running Windows 10 Pro and I always make sure it is up-to-date, and I am sure that PKO is allowed on my firewall and antivirus.

So now it's either the host or my isp, but I have been playing/logging to the game since Feb. 2017, and my isp never blocked it before.

And since there were more people experiencing what I am having, could it be CloudFlare's server upgrades that is causing the connection failure from Kuwait?

Update: I tried to use a vpn located in USA and it worked (passed the Connection Failed). But I did not confirm the log-in to my account because I thought this might get me banned (making you guys think I am sharing my account).
 
worked for me out of the blue yesterday around 1am, this mornin ping 99999ms again
 
Good to know problem solved, at least somehow...
Don't worry about using VPN. We don't ban due it. If you found already banned IP - you just fail with login, but there very low chances about it

our Host uses CloudFlare network for client connection.
Starting from Monday they are upgrading software on the edge servers.
 
Okay then, I will be using VPN until it's fixed, I really don't like vpns but it's the only available option right now.
