Newbie here! need answer for the game

Hallo, I quit TOP long time ago and recently just saw this pko advertisement so I thought maybe i should try it out.
I have few questions regarding this game though like:

1. Is it pay to win game?
2. where can you get gem or apparel?
3. How is the exp and drop rates of the game?
4. I've seen alot of stalls in-game but how is the popularity wise? (there maybe alot of alt chars out there)
5. Is there anything special or things to take notes from this game than the other that I've once played?

1. All the equipment/weapons are farm-able , everyone can get Heaven's Berries (Exp. Amp) and level up with the same pace with people that deposit
2.You can buy apparels from shop , but all the apps can be bought from stalls. Gems Are only farmableCANNOT be obtained through paying real cash
3.The rates are exp x1 , drop rate x1 , fairy exp x1
4.The population of the server is really high and you will notice by going around in different areas you will always find ppl
5.There is a nice feature the Offline Stall which allows you to leave a stall even if you are offline ..How to set up online stall you can find in this video :

And If you really like PK this will amaze you for sure
