I doubt it, as the very nature of this server is quite "unforgiving", so this item would be kind of a bad addition and it wouldn't suit its style. If you mess up skills on a Maze character, best bet is to do a new one. If you mess up on a higher level one, best bet would be to either level up and get more skill points to try and compensate or wait for Rebirth.
