need help-all game characters disappeared

i log out to eat diner and when i tried to log in and play..all of my characters are gone lol..
please check i need help GM T_T

i re installed the game because of the version mismatched prompt even thought i just logged out. and after that call the characters are gone

They are not gone, your client appears to be damaged.

Please do a version check, or better, re-install the client with the brand new 1.2.4 setup we have.

i think it was rebooting coz i re installed and still the same..after i turned off the pc it was okay already
