need clarification about calua.dll

Recently I have installed the new patch of PKO and I encounterd a problem regarding to calua.dll. I just wanted to know whether it is safe to install it into my computer as I have read a few articles that it might cause my computer to be vulnerable. Anyway, is there any alternative for me to keep on playing PKO rather than download calua.dll?

Missing a dll is usualy because u have a malware program that flags and removes dll files from a client because it thinks its "harmful"

If you stumble on this issue often, i would advice a registry cleaner to clean and fix ur dll's

I do not think it's appropriate place to ask here, everyone on internet need to be super cautious about asking what "apps" to download. That being said, if any members suggests something, be wise about it.
