My old account.

I had an acc on PKO but it was banned for whatever reason I dont know.
I was going to log in to it and it showed the message that it was banned.
The email on that acc was hacked by some sort of bitcoin mining site, but I manege to take it back with the help of some friends. It is secure now.
How can I retrieve my old acc, if I can? I already sent a message to the support team but I dont think it will help.

First of all, we do not discuss about other accounts, that being said I can tell you that if you receive or see some kind of ban message, you cannot repeal it.

If there is a ban, it's there for a reason, and it won't be removed.
