Hi, I used to play PKO last year. When I stopped, I gave my password to my guild leader so that he could get the items I had with me. I started playing again this weekend and would like to know if it's possible to unban my old account. I think it was banned because more than one person logged it, but I'm not sure. And I don't remember what my login was, but it was attached to my facebook account, which I can inform you in PM.

I had said ok, but I'm upset now. I have friends who I still talk to and who have stopped playing too and we were all banned for no reason at all.
We had our accounts, we stopped playing and our accounts were still there, and when we decide to come back they're all gone.
Is it forbidden to choose to stay away for a while and then come back? It doesn't make sense. Some of my friends who were banned after they stopped playing haven't even been away for that long. You always claim "secret", but what is the criteria here? It can't be for account sharing because every guild leader shares their account with at least one other member. And we can't have done anything illegal since we weren't playing at all. Your policy isn't fair.

No it's not secret. The reasons are always displayed along the ban reason and duration. I just refuse to disclose because someone on internet says they own/original own something, a claim that's dangerously yet backed.

I can give you all the information from my old acc, facebook page, the three accounts created in association with that facebook, the password, the 6 number pw needed for locking/unlocking inventory. I can give you it all. Is it possible to pm you again so I can prove that I'm the owner? And when I prove that it's my account, can I get it back or at least known why I was banned? When I try to enter forum with it it only says "ban hammer".

I don't think so, Dak, because we weren't banned while we were in game, we were banned after we'd become inactive. iBruno and Leon had no idea they'd been banned until I asked them yesterday. I haven't played in a year. Bruno hasn't played in 6 months. Leon quitted too, though I'm not sure how many months ago, probably around 3-4 months. We all stopped playing while our accounts were working. Now that I'm back is that we learned they'd been banned.

Ban hammer is almost always about botting, we will not be lifting the ban.
