Uh, I'm glad you had problem but more importantly, I'm glad you were able to resolve it all by yourself, that's incredible feat, and also I think you might have split personality.
On a serious note, while i was having issues (it was all about my client), i got a prompt to upload a certain log file to support. The log file is supposed to be <installation_dir>\pkolauncherlog.txt (i forgot to take a screenshot). But when i tried to locate the log file, it wasn't there. So I just wiped everything clean and reinstall.
