Lost my character

As you can see, my 2nd and 3rd account got a character, but when i log in into the game, the all the character are gone....
My 2nd account suppose to have three character but in forum only shows one meanwhile in-game none...
Same goes to 3rd account, all character are gone..
My main character is still there in-game..
Any issue with the new patches?
