Completed Mirages and Increase Max Level

Remove 0.5x Rates from Lv70-80 and make 0.5x only after Lv80 and open Thundoria, Shaitan and Icicle Mirages once a day for 2-4h so people can keep grindind while the others that aren't Lv80 will have "2x exp effect" since the server is used to 0.5x exp rates. Raise the max level to 90.

I dont get the 0.5x part. If u remove it, it would be easier for new players to catch up and play with us. The server is already getting boring. Its always the same people in HL. and lvling from 80-90 is already hard in 1x rates. So with 0.5x? Thats hell. I get that PKO is supposed to be a slow server but you have to keep in mind that when its too slow it gets boring. We want the server to be friendly for new players as well, you have to consider that.

I agree with the increase of Lvl Cap. I'm just afraid that the cleric class will get marginalize like it did in TOP2, when SMs were able to do everything clerics could and more. If we can prevent cleric class from becoming useless, then all for it.

I already talked with dev about a possible solution to prevent the death of cleric class. We came up with some pretty good ideas

And I'm personally against increasing the cap. What PKO needs right now in my opinion isn't something for old players to do, but new players. Increasing the cap is doing the exact opposite. Even lv80 is discouraging for new people, imagine people trying to catch up to those lv85 or 90....

when you level up you get some gifts to temporary bags to discipules and mentors

Who dfq push u buy plvl? Why first lvl 80 player on pko dont buy plvl?
All who get lvl 80 end great work and spend alot time to get this lvl.

Someone has to plvl because clerics/sms can't plvl themselves. Before asking a stupid question, ask yourself the same question as well. Not everyone can afford to buy plvl 3m/hr, especially when lvling is difficult here.
