Malled item bug

I malled Uniqe ring scroll.... it cost Rum's but i didnt get the scroll...

i told him i didnt wanted a refund he said the same "you had (amount) then u bough this and then bla bla bla...

the system said that item mall was busy and then when i bought the nanas only rums went away...
