lost 2fa digit's

@Zankza , i have a problem with 2fa code, bcoz i get stole my cellphone and now i cannot use my account's , cant redeem rum's from barrel rum's.. please help me... what i need to do?

If you want your 2FA to be temporarily disabled:

1. We'll ban your account for seven days, so in case of original owner is absent and unknown that his/her account got stolen will recognize this problem as they cannot enter/login anymore
2. After seven days, no complaints or form of attempt of recovery by original owner; the ban will expire, and you will be able to enter account again without 2FA.

im the original owner, dsnt exist another way for dissable 2FA, bcoz ago 30min bought rum's , when i was ready for redeem rum's from rum barrel the mall game asks me for 2FA code, how can i confirm what i'm the real owner.. ty

i already contact to support of 2FA n they told me what i need contact to the support of the game, bcoz i cannot log in on my account's... all for lost my cellphone =/

Do you understand what I'm telling you? If you want to get your 2FA removed, the punishment will be 1 week ban.

The same thing happened to my friend. He got robbed and lost his cellphone, but gladly his number didn't change when he got a new one, and then he downloaded Authy again (and this time he downloaded on pc aswell) and Authy sent an authorization code via SMS. That way he could get his 2fa codes back. If u have the intention on buying a new cellphone in the meantime (7 days) and if you can keep your old cellphone number, you should do this instead of removing the 2fa security from your account.

We made few changes in system. If you lost 2FA you can reset it. Check Account Security Page

No. Not Remove. But create a new 2FA Seed.
