Under Review Locke Maps drop rates

Adding broken gems to Locke Maps lowered the drop rate of the good items you normally get from Lockes.

Suggestion: remove broken completely from Locke Maps, or upgrade them to Cracks/Chipped gem. Locke maps are supposed to be the best maps in game vs OSS/NSS

@Developer can you look into this. The value to sell these maps has decreased as well as the worth of buying them. Pls remove the broken gems and make the drops as they were before the broken gems addition.
