Under Review locke maps changes for PR

As a player of the server port royale, I am not happy with the current state of locke maps.
Maps is completely useless and most players don't use it. All major guilds keep maps and waiting for miracle update.

Im suggest remake locke maps:
1) FC maps - drop broken gems + https://devxf2.piratekings.online/database/item/acceleration-potion.3339/ +10x https://devxf2.piratekings.online/database/item/consitution-recovery-vial.3848/ (800 hp regen potion)
2) DS maps - drop cracked gems + https://devxf2.piratekings.online/database/item/acceleration-potion.3339/ + 10x https://devxf2.piratekings.online/database/item/consitution-recovery-vial.3848/ (800 hp regen potion)
3) DW maps + all boss maps drop chipped gems + https://devxf2.piratekings.online/database/item/weightless-potion.850/ + kals + 10x https://devxf2.piratekings.online/database/item/constitution-recovery-flask.3098/ (1000 hp regen potion)

all maps keep drop fragments

drop rates of gems can be different for more rare (strong) version of gems. Its up to developers team.

New drop from locke maps must be from "new" maps. While all old maps must drop same broken gems so ppl finnaly use them or sell them.

The drops are really sad considering the efforts made to get them, mainly in DW that is almost impossible monopoly the chests.
