Today I have experimented with
Lucky Packet
on lv 62 and lv 33 characters. At lv 62 a stack would give me 0.14% exp not counting the potential bonus for a much higher exp boost which occurs every 10 stacks or so. I then bought many stacks of packets and attempted to hit a lv 41 with just lucky packets because someone told me that it was done by him before.
Well I managed to hit lv 37 and at lv 36 I was getting roughly 6-7% exp per stack however when opening stacks I had 3 lucky strikes with cca 20% exp bonus from a single packet and I managed to get 5 card letters making my investment cheaper.
While I am on topic: When does the card event usually occur?
