Latency Lag delay help

please help me I play PKO again (I am a TOP player penguin isle) 10 years ago but still I got the delay on my connection. Can technical GM's tunnel my connection please? coz everytime I run I keep warping back on my path. not a glitch or bug. but a latency issue. Also my damage from monster got delayed too.

I play from Philippines Mindanao and have same ISP before (PLDT) DSL connection. 2007(512kbps) 2017(3mbps). upload rate .60 mbps.

Not much can be done.

You may use some VPN/tunnel to reduce hops but you are still very far, no matter what, you will have quite latency.

ok GM I will just ignore the delay then. Somehow fix I keep DC like after 1 hour or even 30 minutes of afk woodcutting?

VPN can help reduce disconnection, I would recommend you to find "game vpn" but they are not free or always cheap.
