keep getting disconnected

anyone have any idea why I keep getting disconnected from server?

when I launch the launcher, all Pings fail. but I can still log into the game but disconnect 2 minutes in.

Well the fact you can't pin our servers should had been your first indication of something is terribly wrong.

I don't know what kind of network you have, but chances it's bad one and you should, if have to, use a VPN to help reduce jitter of networking.

Unfortunately we cannot help you with that, as it's beyond our scope of support, we don't make enough money to hire staffs to permanently help people who have networking connectivity problem 24/7. VPN can be had for free, but free mostly sucks, there is market called "gaming VPN" which can actually help you reduce total latency between yourself to our servers.

I'm afraid you are on your own here, this is beyond our scope.

When i do a Version Check i come out with 140 ping or so in each server, from time to time. but apart from the the main issue would be my Network?

Do you run anti-virus / anti-spyware?

i actually Deleted My McAfee to be able to play, i saw u had posted something like that in another forum.

Indeed most anti-virus/spyware will interfere, but is that all you've got running? do you have more "crapware" running on your PC?

I am gonna go thru it now and let you know, but just to be clear, I can log into the game play for 1 minute or even less and I get disconnect, so it's not like I can't even log in.

i do not have any "CrapWare"
i am new, but this only started to happen when the servers where down a day or 2 ago.

Yes, more reason why your ISP is bad.

i called them, i guess a tower went down so i am not getting the full service i should be getting.

Its always good just to try to settle things down and get a understanding of the problem with your internet operator!

More people should have a talk with them, to get a better understanding regarding issues like this
