Jackpot bugged

Hello!

I recently got all 9 slots full of diamonds, but in some case I did not get anything out of it, nothing was even written on system just that Fairy coins were used.

yes, something like that happened to me, I managed for the second time to get only diamonds but no unique gem came in the place came fiery gem!

Thats so weird, been opening those coins for more than 1 year and when I finally get Immanse Wealth, it's bugged....I don't care if its Dice, I just want to get smt.....

ahh yess i thought i was the only 1 , ive gotten 3x immense wealthhs in the last 2-3 weeks with no UG gem. unfortunately i only have proof of 1 that it happened

I saw you have answered all others problems, but you "missed" mine.
I also saw that other player talking about "Jackpot bug", though it was not bug and his occurrence was different than mine.

It´s not a bug. Please read system. When you get "immense Wealth" (9x Diamonds), you can obtain either Angelic dice or an UG. You most probably got dices instead of UGs.

You probably didnt check my inventory, I screenshotted that I didn't get UG nor dice, I didn't get BM eq, amplifier of strive and luck, I didn't even get 1m that should be given when Immense Wealth is striked....as I said I didn't get anything, just coins were gone...
I know what I get from Immense Wealth, because I already got one 1 year ago, so I am pretty sure I am not mistaken and that in fact it was a bug....

Yep this is definately not a normal case. You can clearly see all 9 diamonds scored but under them, the reward which is usually written is not shown.
I hope GMs will atleast try to look into it, starting to get courious as well.

I have looked over the logs, you've never won "immense wealth" in fact you've not won anything much better, I don't know what that screenshot makes to be, but clearly it's not what happened on our servers.

And due to it's year-long proven to be effective and working properly, I think I will just side and call yours as grasp for attention, because the system is clearly working and you've not presented very well-solidarity evidences. In the future, you can start with full window screenshot, or better yet, record the screen.

It isn't edited. I can barely do posting screenshots here. It also was not my intention to attract attetion, because thats the last thing I would do.
Also I checked all 3 boxes, shown on screeny.
And your last sentance Zankza, about recording is dumb. Do you really expect everyone to record their playing 24/7 just in case something happens, like screenshot isn't enough...
And yes, I've never gotten Immense Wealth on this account before, because it happend on the other one, which doesn't matter...
I started with Jackpot gamble when I had full inventory of Fairy coins (dismiss 5 slots), I got Immense Wealth after several tries and before that, I got smaller rewards which should be BM eqs and some Amps of Luck and Strive, but I didn't notice that I didn't get those, untill I scored 9 diamonds.
But I don't care about that anymore, it isn't my problem that this game is full of bugs, not just this one and I'm sure 90% of players know that.
And I don't really see the point of showing you whole Windows screenshot, if I could editted this one, probably would have done on Windows screenshot as well.

What does "barely can do posting screenshots here" has to do with cropping screenshots? You choose to dismiss the important clues for a reason, presumably you are lying.

The tiger gamble has ran it's course for year, with over 48,000 attempts, once again, your evidence has been foiled by stats, and the "bugs" you speak of clearly don't reprise as afterall it is just you here complaining, nobody else has yet shown actual problem.

By that I ment that posting pictures, screenshots is different than in other apps, like gmail. I don't know how else could I explain this.
And I didn't choose to dismiss important evidence. I clearly don't see screenshotting Windows would be the case solved. You can think whatever you want about lying, I just know what happend and yes, I can't prove anything else, because I don't have any more evidence. But if you checked my Gamble past, you must be seeing something isn't right....how the hell did I lose Fairy coins, this has to be saved somewhere in your PKO data, even if I deleted them, this has to be shown somewhere for your evidence. What about if I accidently sell my imporatant stuff and I want it back somehow, how do you know I don't lie? Its beacuse you have saved facts that were done and this what happend to me has to be somewhere....
And I don't complain, I never did, it's just that these kind of deeds piss me out, because it is true and I can't show it.
I wasn't talking about Gamble bug, but bugs in general, which were discused before, don't tell me about that I am the first person to metion a "bug" word....
