is there an error with rum purchasing?

i've purchased 250 rum now, but didn't work, i've checked my account balance and i can't see if it purchased it becasue i made it with a credit card... so till the end of the month i won't be able to see it...
I'm not sure if i bought it but I got a sms code, and just used it. My question is if it's lagged, or it charged it and didn't recieve anything or is just that it didn't work

We've not got any notification from our payment processor xsolla, in this case you need to go to our payment processor's support http://help.xsolla.com and ask them why you were charged without rum barrels being added into your account.
