Pretty simple, my suggestion is just adding a list with names of players we don't want to receive pm from and not see anything they talk in world chat\local\trade, whatever. Why? Some people are poisonous without reason and when they are bothering you, you are the one who pays for it, cuz either u suck it up or you block yourself to the world, and it shouldn't be like that. If someone is harassing me on my pm channel I have to close it and then nobody can pm me anymore. I'll show a picture that shows exactly what I mean.
