i didn't understand!
In this mensage https://ibb.co/gXNrTQ You say: I know you didn't scam me!
so what scam he make?

I understand your cofusion, but I just said that, because he kept loggin off when I talked to him, I wanted him to keep talking.

It was a sentence where he is craving for hope that he didn't scam him.

Players should never share or lend their items, fairies, or any items with valuations, if you decide to trade or share it will be treated as forever lost. Players should remember, even with some of oldest friends or real life friends can still change
It's probably your own fault you'd gotten scammed, should've read the rules before lending(?) your money to someone.

Thats not what happened, Im aware lending its illigal and I did not do that.

Please give explanation on how did he scam you then.

I was going to buy a stack of elven fruit for 500g each, he said he was gonna use a stall, and he kept placing it and taking it out, so I couldnt buy it, finally he place it with 50k price, I rushed so I could buy it before he closed it, and bought an entire stack for 5m, then he log off 2 days.

"Either when you are selling or buying with player stalls, you must be cautious with the prices established on the said items. It is very common known that some players may accidentally miss a digit making the item much undervalued or overvalued. Some players may even place a stall that's full of same item but with one of them has leading extra zero, making it seem almost as if you are buying all of the items at same price. Same situation can be said for sellers who rush setting up their stall with same items and mis-typed not enough zeros making it effectively very cheap. It is player and player's whole responsibility to carefully inspect every item prior to sell/buy. Staffs will not reverse actions, or even "shut down" your stall if glaring mistake is spotted."

It's probably gone, unless someone has mercy with you.

True, but it wasnt a stall with wrong price, he kept setting the stall and taking it out, so he forced the situation, I think is different and should be considered a scamm

You wonmt get it back.

Let me quote the important part for you.

"...It is player and player's whole responsibility to carefully inspect every item prior to sell/buy....."

Wish you good luck anyways

It's similar to a scam which I've experienced a few times on ToP where someone would be selling a high level Unique Ring (i.e. Peter's Call) but he would either close trade or have a full inventory and rush the player constantly then put a Crit Rate ring (which has the same icon) in the trade. These kinds of scams are meant for players who lose their patience and hastily do something rash... which is what happened to you. As Tsugi said, it's your own fault and your gold's probably gone.

Not probably but for sure. There is no policy that will protect you from that. It is 100% your fault for not checking the details of item in stall.

Sorry but in a way I have to agree with Tunah but yes it was a mistake to rush the item, at the same time though its also the guy who priced the items like that and open/close stall on purpose who was part of the cause, both ends didn't meet properly but both is to blame in some way. hope some can agree on that.

I understand that I cant get the money back, but I would like the guys who took it to recive some kind of punishment.

That's silly. Technically all he did was stall an item for a higher price than it is on the market, you cannot prove that he scammed you. If I decide to sell an item for twice its price and someone buys it, am I a scammer now? Of course, the difference is 2x vs 100x, but the principle is the same. Get over it and be more careful next time.
