I cant enter in my Main Character

I can use Alts in the same acount, but i can not use my main character.
I unistall the game, reinstall, check the cliente version.
I dont know what can i do.

Does it crash or something?
If it does crash, did you pressed "Send Report" ? So we can diagnose what happened inside.

What character in question?
