every time I'll select a town, to begin with, it always said "Disconnected to the server. Click enter to re log in" I don't know why I've already uninstalled it and install but it always turned out that way. i can't play it and I really want to play this game can you please help me with this problem.

First of all, make sure that game folder is writable by all users.
Second, perform a `Version Check` to make sure all the files are in their correct places.
Third, it is possible that some Firewall/AV software is interfering with the game's network traffic.
