I do not know how to fix this problem and deactivated the antivirus and I still persists making the client normal but at the time of pressing start the icon appears in the middle of the screen and closes making the program does not open (closes automatically )

That happened to me before, I believe it's a version mismatch thing, you need to run "Version Check"
Also, you may need to "temporarily disable your anti-virus" before doing so.

it should be inside the folder next to the launcher but it is not, then when I undo start the logo comes out and it closes once it never starts for the login in the game and it is downloaded by mega and by normal Google just I need it by Dropbox @Developer

If Game closes after Logo screen. That means that some of your Video card drivers, do not have proper driver installed, just the Generic Video that does not support 3D acceleration.

Correct way is to install latest Cumulative patch above client.
After that, resolve driver problems on your own PC. This is done by getting correct Device Instance path (Device manager->Display adapters->Standard *->Properties->Details->Device instance path) and finding out what that 3D chip is, after that find correct drivers fro your OS and install them (please do not go with driver update software, they are scam).
