if you want to run solo DS SS, go Con:Acc hybrid build. Never pure con, i repeat, NEVER PURE CON, you can never kill anything or anyone with pure con, so whats the point of soloing if no dmg?
You will be needing damage that is just enough to kill. You dont need high acc to kill.

oh, to answer OP...
Armor: CA Frame, CA Paw, Unseal Glove (youll be needing movespeed, coz you are soloing. It also have high def)
Ring: Dual Con Rings (will be nice if you have Acc rings in bag if you feel like switching for farming)
Necklace: PR Neck (you will love this)
Pet: Con Pet (Meditation is a MUST, Berserk and Recover are good to have also)
