When I just run the client just some minutes and then i got kicked off line... help me, please!

Did you try relog? Sometimes I get this issue where my game disconnects due to net issues and when I relog the game still thinks I'm online. If you wanna be safe I'd say go for a password change and have 2FA set up.

Try to switch from CF to CA connection, hold Shift on Play on the launcher

Totally agree with that suggestion.

We have also checked your DeviceID history. And there was nothing except one device in use.
So it is most probably just some random Disconnect issue.

Thank you. Bythe way, today's troubleshooting is that i can't see nothing but a blue screen in game. I can see system and local mesaages, dialogue boxes, help dialogue box, but can't see my character, and the land I am on. I tried relog, teleport to another space and it seems the same way.

Just scroll the mouse wheel. It does happen from time to time.
