Hello i'm using WTFast Vpn but it wont work,

I'm currently using WTFast VPN for this game because i got a very bad ping. I'm from Philippines. 5Mbps. I'm always getting error Establishing Connection. May i ask where is the server based at? China?

Using VPN can help reduce routes (less hops) but it has that overhead which can actually increase latency btw.
