I know this is not your faul, but it feels really bad knowing they give you the option to pay with debit card, you know... :/

Most likely it's being delayed due to fact it's your first time purchasing with paymentwall. Fraud is high those days, it's difficult operating internet payments nowadays.

hey man, how you doing... man, now the problem is directly with the game... i get a email from paymentwall and the already fix the problem and of course I get 33 rums, now the play tell me that a had a bad balance or some and ok I paid with credit card 20 rums more and now I loggin and I only have 11...

Because you had negative balance, you've paid up the negative balance, and 11 is what remains after the negative balance.
