Gender Selection

I'm just curious, will there ever be a gender selection for each class? I love being a crusader but since there's no crusader class for female, I had to go with looks that's most close to female.

Yeah, gender selection is not a problem for cru/champ/cle/sm since they have a fixed gender. but for SS and Voy I've heard that female characters have an advantage since they are immune to Fox Spirit 's stun on spring island so that they can do some leveling there. Also for Cleric,SM and Voy, Ami has an advantage since you can get a hat with some extra stats for her, which is not available for other characters. However, if you like a certain race (Lance or Phyllis for Voy or Phyllis for Voy/Cle/SM), I would suggest just go for it! The advantage is not that big anyway and can be made up.

In some other servers they made Phyllis available for crusader, but not here yet.

The game always had a flaw at this, since many classes are gender/gender type locked

For phyllis crusaders and such, i would suggest to give them propper animation, i remmber top2 had phyllis crusader and god it looked so awfull, its like the animations were never really made byt just applied default animation stance, and it looked horrific

The Lance/Phillis is the easiest to do because most of the looks for both classes are available (only need proper animations).
But for Example, Carsise and Ami are harder.

Just imagine how Carsise Female would look like?
