I was looking for answer but did not find clear information.
Do I need great fusion catalyst to keep my 110% and gems (and if yes, where to get them since didn't see it in mall) or just like in top, fusion catalyst was enough to save effectiveness and gems ?

There's no need for Great Catalyst (Doesn't even exist here), regular Fusion Cata preserves Effectiveness.
