fps problem!

i played yesterday and there was no problem with my fps, them i log in today and my fps and envoirment interation was buged
i did absolutly nothing with my configuration

i see cleary that the pet movment up my head and skills are laged, what i can do?? ( sory my bad eng i'm brasilian)

i alredy tried, i tried to reeinstal pko too, but dosen't work :/
